At Foundation 10:14, community development means walking alongside families and neighborhoods spiritually and practically as they grow in faith, resilience, and long-term stability.
We are rooted in the Gospel and built through relationships. While home building provides a physical foundation, community development strengthens the spiritual, emotional, and practical foundations that help families thrive long after a home is built.
We believe sustainable change happens when communities are engaged, not dependent.
Our model includes:
Listening first to local leaders and families
Partnering with churches and trusted community members
Equipping families rather than creating dependency
Providing accountability and ongoing support
Centering every effort on Christ
Our approach is intentionally relational, prayerful, and responsive to real needs identified by local leaders and families.
✝️ Discipleship & Spiritual Growth- We invest in ongoing discipleship through Bible teaching, prayer, mentorship, and encouragement—helping families grow in their relationship with Christ and live according to God’s Word.
🌱 Sustainability & Self-Reliance- We help families move toward long-term stability by providing training, resources, and encouragement that support self-sufficiency.
🤝 Community Care & Encouragement- We walk alongside families through seasons of hardship and growth—offering presence, prayer, and practical support.
Our community development efforts are growing and will continue to expand as God opens doors. Current and future initiatives may include:
Ongoing discipleship for families who receive homes
Sustainability projects tailored to each community
Youth mentorship and leadership development
Church-based partnerships and outreach
Community prayer gatherings
Pray for families and leaders
